Requirements

• J.D. from an accredited law school and admission to practice in at least one state where the firm has an office.
• 5+ years of commercial contract review experience.
• Strong knowledge of vendor and supplier agreements.
• Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proven ability to build trusted partnerships and communicate effectively.
• Demonstrated discretion and sound judgment in complex matters.
• Commitment to accuracy and continuous learning.

Education

• Juris Doctor (J.D.)

Certifications

• Admission to practice law in at least one state.

Skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including advanced Word skills.
• Experience with Adobe Acrobat Pro and DocuSign preferred.
