Duties

• Engage in patent prosecution for software, semiconductor, and computer hardware technologies.
• Draft utility nonprovisional applications and office action responses.

Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years of U.S. patent prosecution experience.
• Registered to practice before the USPTO.
• Strong understanding of software, semiconductor, and computer hardware technologies.

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Physics, Computer Science/Engineering, or Electrical Engineering; advanced degrees preferred.

Certifications

• USPTO registration required.

Skills

• Expertise in AI/ML, NLP, social media, OS, and system-level tools.
• Knowledge of computer architecture and quantum computing.
• Experience with VLSI design and fabrication.
