Requirements

• Successful completion of a Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.
• Active member of the American Bar Association (ABA).
• Strong verbal and written communication skills with a focus on clarity and precision.
• Proven ability to collaborate with colleagues to best serve clients.

Education

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school.

Certifications

• Active membership in the American Bar Association (ABA).

Skills

• Strong negotiation and problem-solving abilities.
• Experience with bankruptcy representation, including Chapter 7, 11, Subchapter V, and 13.
• Knowledge of family law, divorce, and criminal law matters.
