A law firm seeks a Renewable Energy Construction Associate in Providence. The ideal candidate will have eight to ten years of experience, preferably in negotiating Engineering, Procurement, and Construction (EPC) contracts for renewable energy clients. An active bar license in the corresponding state is required or must be obtained promptly.

Duties

• Negotiate EPC contracts for renewable energy projects.
• Collaborate with attorneys in the Energy & Natural Resources unit.
• Manage multiple projects effectively under pressure.
• Articulate legal strategies and courses of action.

Requirements

• Eight to ten years of relevant experience preferred.
• Active bar license or commitment to obtain one.
• Excellent academic credentials.
• Superior interpersonal skills.
• Demonstrated ability to work well under pressure.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree.

Certifications

• Active bar license in the relevant state.
