Duties

• Manage assigned matters using case management and reporting software.

Requirements

• Active membership in good standing with the Arizona State Bar.
• 8+ years of experience in real estate, civil litigation, and/or creditors' rights practice.
• Strong foundation in civil procedure, motions practice, and loss mitigation.
• Knowledge of Title & Lien Priority, Title Claim, Foreclosure, Eviction, TILA, RESPA, FDCPA.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications

• Active membership of the Arizona Bar is required.
• Additional Bar licenses are a plus.
