Duties

Requirements

• Active North Carolina law license in good standing.
• Experience practicing North Carolina family law.
• Ability to independently manage family law matters.
• Courtroom and litigation experience.
• Strong knowledge of North Carolina family law and procedures.
• Excellent legal research, writing, and negotiation skills.
• Strong client communication skills.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
