• 0-2 years of workers' compensation defense experience.
• Superior research, analytical, and negotiating abilities.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Commitment to proactive case management.
• Experience with Merus and/or Litify preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Outlook, and Teams preferred.

Education

• Bachelor's and Juris Doctor degrees.

Certifications

• Member of the State Bar of California.
