Duties

• Engage in complex litigation with a focus on asbestos cases.
• Take and defend depositions effectively.
• Draft dispositive, expert, and discovery motions.
• Manage cases and lead litigation efforts.

Requirements

• 3 to 7 years of meaningful complex litigation experience.
• Prior experience in asbestos litigation preferred.
• Exceptional oral and written advocacy skills.
• Strong academic credentials.
• Admitted in Good Standing to practice in New York; New Jersey admission is a plus.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.

Certifications

• Licensed to practice law in New York.

Skills

• Proficient in case management and litigation leadership.
• Strong deposition and motion drafting skills.
