Duties

• Represent clients in family law cases, including court appearances and mediations.

• Draft pleadings, motions, and prepare discovery.
• Negotiate settlements and collaborate with mediators and expert witnesses.
• Manage a dedicated caseload and maintain organized case files.

Requirements

• Strong foundation in law with experience in family law matters.
• Knowledge of labor and employment law is helpful.
• Ability to provide clear, practical legal advice.
• Solid research skills and effective negotiation abilities.
• Current license to practice law in Texas and in good standing with the State Bar of Texas.
• Prior experience in family law litigation.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• High level of professionalism and commitment to confidentiality.
• Ability to work collaboratively and engage with diverse clients.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications

• Licensed to practice law in Texas.
