Duties

• Assist with Trademark and Copyright filings.
• Conduct legal research and prepare memoranda on transactional issues.
• Communicate directly with clients under attorney supervision.
• Collaborate with partners and senior associates on deal execution and closings.

Requirements

• J.D. from an ABA-accredited law school.
• Active membership in good standing with the California State Bar (or awaiting bar results).
• 0-10 years of relevant transactional/corporate experience.
• Strong contract drafting, negotiation, and legal research/writing skills.
• Ability to manage multiple matters and deadlines with attention to detail.
• Excellent judgment and client communication skills.

Education

• J.D. from an ABA-accredited law school.

Certifications

• Active membership in good standing with the California State Bar.
