• Duties
• Draft and negotiate offering and transaction documents for underwriters, sponsors, issuers, investors, and lenders.
• Manage both public and private offerings of asset-backed securities and private structured finance transactions.
• Handle complex transactions including ABF, CMBS, RMBS, CLOs, SFR, data centers, esoteric assets, and consumer assets.

• Requirements
• At least two years of experience with asset-backed securitizations and structured finance transactions.
• Admitted or eligible for admission to the North Carolina bar.

• Education
• Juris Doctor degree from an accredited law school.

• Certifications
• Active bar admission or eligibility in North Carolina.

• Skills
• Strong proficiency in drafting and negotiating complex financial transaction documents.
• In-depth knowledge of various asset classes including CMBS, RMBS, CLOs, and data centers.
