• Draft legal documents such as pleadings, motions, and settlement agreements.
• Negotiate settlements with insurance carriers and other parties.
• Prepare for trial by gathering evidence and coordinating expert witnesses.
• Represent clients at court depositions, hearings, mediations, and trials.
• Maintain detailed case management records using Litify.
• Communicate effectively with clients about case progress and legal options.

Requirements

• Proven experience in workers' compensation law with strong legal research skills.
• Demonstrated ability in personal injury case management and trial preparation.
• Skilled in negotiation tactics for successful settlements.
• Prior law office experience in client communication and legal writing.
• Strong writing skills for preparing legal motions and conducting research.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree
