Requirements

• 3-5 years of experience advising on capital markets financings.
• Proven ability to manage client relationships effectively.

• Ability to work under pressure and prioritize multiple projects.
• Admission to the bar in the state of application.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree.
