• Conduct client consultations and provide strategic legal guidance.
• Collaborate with paralegals and staff using firm systems and SOPs.
• Maintain accurate case notes and deadlines in the firm CRM.

Requirements

• J.D. from an accredited law school.
• Active U.S. law license in good standing.
• Minimum 1-3 years of immigration law experience.
• Strong legal writing and research skills.
• Strong client communication skills.

Education

• J.D. from an accredited law school.

Certifications

• Active U.S. law license in good standing.

Skills

• Experience with removal defense and asylum preferred.
• Immigration Court (EOIR) appearances preferred.
• Experience with MyCase, Docketwise, or similar systems preferred.
• Multilingual abilities in Spanish, Haitian Creole, or Portuguese preferred.
• Massachusetts bar admission preferred.
