A law firm seeks a Senior Associate or Counsel with over 8 years of experience in fund finance and debt financing for a position in Dallas, Texas. • Duties
• Advise clients on complex fund finance and debt financing transactions, including NAV facilities and syndicated lending.
• Negotiate and draft documents for secured and unsecured financings, acquisition financings, and asset-based credit facilities.
• Manage direct client relationships and contribute to business development efforts for the corporate debt practice.

• Requirements
• Minimum of 8 years of experience in fund finance and debt financing.
• Proven track record in representing private equity funds, alternative asset funds, portfolio companies, and commercial lenders.
• Demonstrated ability to handle direct client contact and exercise business development acumen.

• Education
• Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.

• Certifications
• Active license to practice law in Texas or eligibility for admission.
