Requirements

• 6+ years of experience in intellectual property transactions.
• Strong interest in technology companies and commercial transactions.
• Superior academic credentials and excellent communication skills.
• Digital health experience is a plus.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree required.

Certifications

• Bar admission in good standing.

Skills

• Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to train associates and work collaboratively.
• Technical or science background beneficial but not required.
