A law firm seeks an Estate Planning and Probate Attorney in El Paso, TX. This role focuses on leading high-impact estate planning and probate matters, providing expert counsel, and representing clients in Texas probate courts.

Duties

• Lead complex probate litigation, including guardianships and trust disputes.
• Represent clients in will contests and breaches of fiduciary duty.
• Conduct legal research, handle depositions, and draft comprehensive estate plans.
• Provide empathetic, results-driven counsel for wealth preservation.

Requirements

• Valid Texas bar license for a minimum of 2 years in good standing.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in estate planning, probate, and guardianship (5+ years preferred).
• Strong courtroom presence and ability to manage a busy docket.
• Experience in drafting trusts, wills, and pleadings with attention to detail.
• Proficiency in Clio, TxDoc, Google Suite, or similar software.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications

• Licensed to practice law in Texas.
