Duties

• Manage complex litigation matters, including commercial litigation and personal injury defense.
• Take and defend depositions, and participate in trial preparation.
• Supervise junior attorneys and contribute to client development initiatives.
• Draft and argue substantive motions, and manage discovery processes.

Requirements

• Admission to the Arizona Bar and in good standing.
• 6+ years of defense litigation experience.
• Proven ability to manage litigation matters and client relationships independently.
• Strong legal writing, analytical, and advocacy skills.
• Experience in business development and mentoring junior attorneys is a plus.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.

Certifications

• Admission to practice law in Arizona.
