• Engage in 24/7/365 breach response services.
• Collaborate with global teams on cyber matters.
• Propose litigation strategies and draft legal documents.
• Manage crisis and regulatory data risk issues.

Requirements

• Admitted and in good standing in the respective state.
• 3-6 years of federal litigation experience or 2-6 years of incident response work.
• Additional state admissions are a plus.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree.

Certifications

• Bar admission in the respective state.

Skills

• Strong communication and client management skills.
• Ability to draft reports, pleadings, and motions.
• Experience in mediations and trials.
