Duties

• Defend employers in state and federal court, arbitration, and mediation on employment-related claims.
• Represent employers before administrative agencies in discrimination charges and compliance reviews.
• Advise on compliance with Colorado and federal labor and employment laws.
• Counsel on pay equity and transparency obligations.
• Advise government contractors on equal employment opportunity compliance.
• Support validation of pre-employment tests and selection procedures.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in employment law litigation or counseling.
• Active Colorado bar admission required.
• Understanding of court and employment-related agency procedures.

Education

• JD from an ABA-accredited law school with excellent academic credentials.

Certifications

• Active Colorado bar admission.
