Duties

• Handle bid protests in a first or second chair role
• Provide government contracts counseling under FAR/DFARS
• Engage in False Claims Act litigation, suspension, and debarment
• Conduct internal investigations
• Respond to government investigations
• Develop and enhance ethics and compliance programs

Requirements

• Experience in public contract law at federal, state, and local levels
• Am Law 100 experience preferred
• Strong academic record with a J.D. from an accredited school
• Admitted to practice law in the state of residence

Education

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) from a nationally recognized and accredited school

Certifications

• Admitted to practice law in the state of residence
