Job Overview

A law firm seeks a Case Development Intake Attorney in Corpus Christi, TX. The attorney will manage a docket of approximately 50 cases, working closely with a case manager to investigate and develop cases, secure evidence, and communicate with clients and adjusters.

Duties

• Investigate and develop commercial cases.
• Accept and evaluate incoming calls from potential new clients.
• Secure authorization and sign up new cases.
• Prepare and submit case reviews and status reports.
• Manage client relationships during the case development process.
• Prepare demands and liaise with adjusters to settle cases.

Requirements

• Licensed to practice law in Texas and in good standing.
• 0-3 years of personal injury experience.
• Strong commitment to client service and excellent writing skills.
• Experience supervising non-attorneys preferred.
• Valid TX driver's license and good driving record.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD)

Certifications

• Licensed to practice law in Texas
