Duties

• Manage a caseload of personal injury cases with guidance from senior attorneys.
• Conduct client interviews, evaluate claims, and provide legal counsel.
• Draft pleadings, discovery, and correspondence.
• Communicate with clients, opposing counsel, and insurance adjusters.
• Participate in depositions, mediations, and hearings.
• Negotiate settlements to protect and empower clients.
• Collaborate with paralegals and support staff to ensure timely case progress.
• Maintain organized case files and uphold firm standards.

Requirements

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school.
• Licensed and in good standing with The Florida Bar.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Detail-oriented, highly organized, and eager to learn.
• Compassionate advocate with a client-first mindset.
• Prior experience or internship in personal injury law is a plus.

Education

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school.

Certifications

• Licensed and in good standing with The Florida Bar.
