Duties

Requirements

• Minimum of five years' experience in employment law, including litigation.
• Proficiency in federal and state employment laws, civil procedure, and evidence rules.
• Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills.

• Technological proficiency, including legal AI and Microsoft Office.
• Commitment to the firm's vision and values.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.

Certifications

• Active license to practice law in North Carolina or eligibility for prompt admission.
