• Assist in trial preparation by organizing case files, preparing exhibits, and participating in depositions and court proceedings.
• Support attorneys in statutory and procedural law research to ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and laws.

Requirements

• Knowledgeable in Pennsylvania civil procedure.
• Desire to be in the courtroom.
• Outstanding skills, especially in writing and common sense.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications

• Admission to the Pennsylvania State Bar.
