Duties

• Advise clients on entertainment finance transactions.
• Draft and negotiate loan agreements and related documents.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams on complex deals.
• Conduct due diligence and risk assessment.

Requirements

• Minimum of three years of commercial lending experience.
• Knowledge of syndicated credit facilities and acquisition finance.
• Interest in music and film finance.
• Strong interpersonal skills.

Education

• Law degree.

Certifications

• Eligibility for North Carolina Bar admission preferred.
