Requirements

• 3-5 years of M&A experience at a leading corporate firm.
• Active Bar membership in the relevant jurisdiction.

• Experience with technology and/or life sciences companies preferred.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.

Certifications

• Bar membership in the state of practice or eligibility to sit/waive into the next bar exam.
