Duties

• Research and analyze issues involving student discipline, special education, and school policies.
• Advise clients on education regulations and compliance requirements.
• Support attorneys with litigation, transactional, and advisory matters.
• Communicate effectively with clients, school administrators, and colleagues.

Requirements

• 4-8 years of experience in education law.
