Duties

• Manage client communications, case analysis, legal research, and drafting of pleadings and correspondence.



• Handle discovery processes and perform essential administrative tasks, including file organization and clerical support.



• Travel to various counties for court appearances and client meetings as case requirements dictate.

Requirements

• Must be a licensed attorney; recent admittees and experienced candidates are both welcome.



• Must possess a valid driver's license and reliable transportation for regional travel.



• Demonstrate a detail-oriented, self-motivated, and team-oriented professional attitude.

Education

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications

• Active license to practice law in Massachusetts.



• Licensure in New Hampshire is a plus.

Skills

• Strong ability to process cases independently from consultation to judgment.



• Excellent written and verbal communication skills for client and court interactions.



• Ability to produce accurate work in a timely manner within a small-firm environment.
