Job Overview

A law firm seeks a Family Law Attorney in El Paso, Texas. The ideal candidate will lead impactful adoption and family law cases from initial intake to finalization, supported by a dedicated team. This role offers the opportunity to represent clients in Harris County and surrounding courts.

Duties

• Lead all aspects of family law, including adoptions under the Texas Family Code.
• Represent clients in court with confidence and clarity.
• Conduct hearings, mediations, and consultations.
• Provide empathetic and results-driven counsel to families.

Requirements

• Valid Texas bar license for a minimum of 2 years.
• At least 2 years of dedicated Texas Family Law litigation experience.
• Strong courtroom presence and ability to manage a busy docket.
• Experience in drafting adoption petitions, agreements, pleadings, and discovery.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications

• Licensed to practice law in Texas.

Skills

• Proficient in Clio, TxDoc, Google Suite, or similar software.
• Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills.
