The successful candidate will represent clients in divorce and paternity matters, including prenuptial agreements, mediation, and court hearings. Duties

• Collaborate with senior partners and paralegals to advance cases through litigation.
• Draft pleadings, motions, contracts, and settlement agreements for numerous cases.
• Organize and maintain current client files.
• Represent clients effectively at court hearings.
• Manage division of marital assets during divorce proceedings.

Requirements

• Licensed attorney in good standing in Florida.
• Experience with at least 40 hearings, 20 trials, and 20 mediations.
• Bilingual in Spanish and English is a plus.
• Strong negotiation and communication skills in high-stress situations.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree.

Certifications

• Florida Bar License.
