Duties

• Build and litigate ERISA class actions from theory stage through trial.
• Collaborate with a team of employment and ERISA attorneys across the firm's national platform.
• Contribute to the strategic development of the ERISA Class Action practice.

Requirements

• JD from an ABA-accredited law school.
• Active bar membership in good standing in the state where based.
• Meaningful ERISA class action litigation experience, including breach of fiduciary duty cases.
• Strong litigation fundamentals: motion practice, discovery, and courtroom experience.
• Collaborative, self-directed work style with the drive to build and grow within a high-performing team.

Education

• JD from an ABA-accredited law school.

Certifications

• Active bar membership in good standing.

Skills
