Duties

Requirements

• 5+ years of civil litigation experience with demonstrated proficiency in motion practice and trial preparation.



• Active California Bar membership in good standing.



• Strong judgment, analytical skills, and the ability to independently manage complex matters.



• Excellent legal research, writing, and advocacy skills with attention to detail.



• Proactive, organized, and solutions-oriented mindset with a commitment to client service.

Education

• J.D. from an accredited law school.

Certifications

• Active California Bar membership.

• Strong communication and client relationship management skills.
