Job Overview

A law firm seeks a Foreclosure Attorney to join its team in Tallahassee, FL, with fully remote options available. This role supports institutional clients in managing complex legal matters related to delinquent loans and creditors' rights. Duties

• Draft and review legal documents for second-level review by the Supervising Attorney.



• Organize case files, track legal deadlines, and coordinate logistics with paralegals and legal assistants.



• Shadow senior attorneys during mediations, court appearances, and sheriff's sales, assisting in preparation.



• Collaborate with state team members and actively participate in weekly state meetings.



• Engage in weekly one-on-one meetings with the Supervising Attorney to discuss case progress.

Requirements

• Must be licensed in Louisiana and in good standing in all relevant jurisdictions.



• Demonstrate exceptional organizational skills with the ability to multitask and adapt to change.



• Exhibit strong verbal and written communication skills in a team-oriented environment.

Education

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications

• Active license to practice law in Louisiana.

Skills

• Proficiency in drafting and reviewing complex legal documents.



• Strong case management and deadline tracking capabilities.



• Ability to collaborate effectively with attorneys, paralegals, and support staff.
