Duties

• Advise clients on investment management and compliance matters.
• Assist in the formation and structuring of private investment funds.
• Provide guidance on the ongoing management of private equity and hedge funds.
• Develop expertise in the Investment Advisers Act and related U.S. securities laws.

Requirements

• Minimum of two years of substantive asset management experience.
