Duties

• Manage and review active criminal defense cases.
• Negotiate with prosecutors and represent clients in court.
• Communicate effectively with clients regarding case progress.
• Participate in Arizona record removal practices, including set asides and expungements.

Requirements

• Proven experience in criminal defense law.
• Ability to work independently and manage a full caseload.
• Strong negotiation and communication skills.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications

• Licensed to practice law in Arizona.

Skills

• Proficiency in legal research and writing.
• Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
• Fluency in Spanish is a plus.
