Duties

• Lead and manage a 3-person litigation team.
• Oversee civil litigation cases from inception to resolution.
• Develop strategies for real estate, probate, trust, commercial business, and construction litigation.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure comprehensive legal services.

Requirements

• 15+ years of civil litigation experience preferred.
• Background in real estate, quiet title, probate, trust, commercial business, and construction litigation preferred.
• Organizational and management abilities required.
• Must be a member of The Florida Bar.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree required.

Certifications

• Active membership in The Florida Bar.

Skills

• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
• Proficient in legal research and case management.
