Duties

• Assist in startup and venture capital representation.
• Participate in mergers and acquisitions transactions.
• Engage in capital markets and public company work.
• Support other niche corporate practice areas.

Requirements

• Superior academic credentials.
• Excellent oral, written, and interpersonal skills.
• Prior experience in a corporate or transactional practice is a plus.
• Must have sat for the July 2026 Bar Exam or be eligible for the next available bar exam.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree required.

Certifications

• Bar admission in the jurisdiction of application preferred.
