Workers Compensation Associate Attorney

Job Overview

Duties

• Conduct legal research and analysis on various workers' compensation issues.



• Draft legal documents, including pleadings, motions, briefs, and agreements.



• Represent clients in court hearings, motion practice, and conferences.



• Collaborate with senior attorneys on complex cases and assist in trial preparation.



• Manage client relationships and maintain a caseload under supervision.



• Travel to hearings and depositions as required for case representation.

Requirements

• Must hold an active license in good standing in Pennsylvania.



• Experience with Pennsylvania Workers' Compensation matters is preferred.



• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced setting.



• Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365, ProLaw, Excel, and e-document management software is preferred.

Education

• JD degree from an ABA-approved law school.

Certifications

• Active Pennsylvania law license.
