A law firm seeks an Estate Administration Attorney in Cherry Hill, NJ. The attorney will manage a diverse caseload involving estate and trust administration, probate litigation, and guardianship proceedings across New Jersey and Pennsylvania. They will lead cases, providing strategic guidance to clients while advocating in contested matters.

Duties

• Act as primary legal advisor to executors, administrators, trustees, and guardians.
• Supervise estate administration paralegals for document accuracy and deadline compliance.
• Review and approve probate petitions and fiduciary appointment documents.
• Oversee valuation and transfer of estate/trust assets.
• Prepare and file NJ and PA Inheritance Tax returns.
• Draft and file legal documents for probate and guardianship cases.
• Represent clients in court for probate and guardianship hearings.
• Lead trial strategy and document production.
• Manage electronic filings using NJ eCourts and PA court portals.

Requirements

• Active member of the New Jersey State Bar; dual NJ/PA licensure preferred.
• Experience in estate administration, litigation, or related practice areas preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage competing deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree.
