Duties

• Lead and manage mergers and acquisitions transactions from inception to closing.



• Draft, review, and negotiate definitive transaction documents and related agreements.



• Conduct due diligence and provide legal opinions on regulatory and corporate matters.



• Advise clients on strategic alternatives and deal structuring to achieve business objectives.

Requirements

• Admitted to practice law in New York or New Jersey.



• Substantial experience in corporate law with a focus on M&A transactions.



• Strong track record of managing complex deals and client relationships.



• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with attention to detail.

Education

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications

• Active bar membership in good standing in New York or New Jersey.
