Duties

• Lead high-value, complex family law cases involving asset division, business valuations, and custody disputes.
• Own cases from strategy through trial and settlement with full autonomy.
• Lead contested hearings, trials, and complex litigation matters as first chair.
• Navigate high-value settlement negotiations and mediations.
• Draft advanced pleadings, motions, and trial briefs.
• Deliver exceptional work and strategic execution.
• Advocate fiercely in the courtroom and secure favorable rulings.

Requirements

• 5+ years of Georgia family law experience with a proven track record.
• Admitted to the Georgia Bar in good standing.
• Strong courtroom presence and strategic precision.
• Ability to work independently and own cases completely.
• Proficient with modern case management systems.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
