Duties

• Handle arbitration award confirmations.
• Draft legal documents with accuracy and attention to detail.
• Manage cases through all litigation phases, including discovery and court appearances.
• Provide strategic legal counsel in complex family law matters.
• Collaborate with attorneys across practice groups for comprehensive solutions.

Requirements

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school.
• 5-10 years of substantive family law experience.
• Active New York Bar admission; New Jersey Bar admission is a plus.
• Experience handling contested matrimonial and family law matters.
• Exceptional legal research, writing, and analytical skills.
• Ability to manage a caseload independently.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Willingness to assist with other litigation areas.

Education

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school.

Certifications
