Duties

• Structure and negotiate complex commercial contracts and technology deals.
• Handle software licensing and cloud services agreements.
• Draft software, data, and IP development agreements.
• Manage channel, reseller, and distribution agreements.
• Conduct IP due diligence in M&A and other corporate transactions.

Requirements

• 3-5 years of experience in technology transactions and commercial agreements.
• Experience with AI/ML, semiconductor development, and digital assets is preferred.
• Strong analytical, writing, and project management skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively across teams and offices.

Education

• Juris Doctor from a top-tier law school with relevant coursework in business, technology, and intellectual property law.

Certifications

• Bar admission in the state of California or eligibility to obtain admission.
