Duties

• Manage a caseload of plaintiff personal injury matters from intake through resolution.
• Develop case strategy and move cases forward efficiently.
• Evaluate liability, damages, medical records, and settlement value.
• Negotiate with insurance carriers and defense counsel.
• Communicate clearly and consistently with clients.
• Prepare demand packages, settlement evaluations, and other case-related documents.
• Maintain organized files and meet all deadlines.
• Collaborate with case managers, support staff, and firm leadership.
• Identify issues early and take appropriate action to protect the client's interests.

Requirements

• Juris Doctor degree from an ABA-accredited law school.
• Active Nevada or California Bar membership in good standing.
• Plaintiff personal injury experience preferred.
• Strong negotiation, writing, and communication skills.
• Excellent legal judgment and attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple matters and prioritize effectively.
• Professional, dependable, and client-focused approach.
• Comfortable working independently while collaborating with a team.

Education

Certifications
