Duties

• Manage a diverse caseload with autonomy while collaborating on complex matters.
• Conduct comprehensive legal research to support litigation strategy.
• Draft, review, and revise legal documents with precision.
• Represent clients in court hearings, mediations, and negotiations.
• Provide strategic legal counsel in business disputes and other areas.
• Develop and execute case strategies for favorable outcomes.
• Participate in client meetings as a trusted advisor.
• Stay current with legal developments to ensure accurate advice.
• Contribute to the firm's growth through excellent client service.

Requirements

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.
• Active member in good standing of the Massachusetts Bar.
• Minimum of 5 years of legal experience, preferably in civil litigation.
• Strong legal research skills and proficiency with Westlaw.
• Exceptional writing, analytical, and advocacy skills.
• Ability to manage cases independently within a team environment.
• Trial experience.
• Commitment to outstanding client service and high-quality legal work.

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree
