Duties

• Represent financial services companies in disputes involving loan servicing practices and credit reporting.



• Manage multiple matters with competing deadlines, engaging directly with clients and opposing counsel.



• Handle courtroom proceedings and discovery processes while taking meaningful responsibility for assigned cases.



• Collaborate within a supportive team while working independently to ensure effective client communication.

Requirements

• Three or more years of litigation experience in consumer financial services or related fields.



• Admission to practice and good standing in the state where the candidate will be based.



• California bar admission is preferred but not required.



• Ability to manage multiple matters and deadlines while communicating effectively with diverse stakeholders.

Education

• Strong academic credentials, including a Juris Doctor degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications

• Active license to practice law in the relevant jurisdiction.

Skills
