A law firm seeks a Professional Liability Attorney to join its litigation team in Cherry Hill, NJ. Duties

• Manage and litigate professional liability, general liability, and toxic tort cases from inception through trial.



• Conduct legal research, draft pleadings, motions, and correspondence with precision and clarity.



• Collaborate with team members on case strategy and client communications in a fast-paced setting.



• Track billable hours and maintain accurate case files using firm management systems.

Requirements

• Current and active Bar membership in good standing in PA, NJ, NY, DE, MD, DC, and/or CT.



• Prior professional liability litigation experience is preferred, though candidates with relevant transferable skills are encouraged to apply.



• Superior written and oral communication skills with strong organizational abilities.



• Ability to multitask effectively and maintain attention to detail in a dynamic environment.

Education

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications

• Active license to practice law in at least one of the specified jurisdictions.

Skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).



• Experience with LexisNexis and familiarity with Case/File Management systems.



• Strong time management skills with the ability to track billable hours accurately.
