Duties

• Manage personal injury cases from intake through resolution.
• Draft pleadings, motions, discovery responses, and other legal documents.
• Conduct legal research and case analysis to support case strategy.
• Communicate regularly with clients, providing clear updates and guidance.
• Participate in litigation, including depositions, hearings, and court appearances.
• Negotiate with insurance companies/opposing counsel to achieve favorable outcomes.

Requirements

• JD degree.
• Admission to or awaiting results for the New York Bar.
• Experience interning at a personal injury firm and/or insurance company.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple cases independently and collaboratively.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree.

Certifications

• Admission to the New York Bar (or awaiting results).
