Requirements

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school.
• Active admission in good standing in NH; MA admission is a plus.
• Minimum of three years of relevant experience in a sophisticated corporate practice.
• Strong understanding of corporate transactions, entity formation, and securities law.
• Excellent interpersonal communication skills.
• Ability to manage internal and external client relationships effectively.

Education

Certifications
